Emotion control and management Emotion is a strong sentiment of any kind that you feel about someone or something. On the other hand,  a state of mind refers to feelings. It either gives pleasure or disturbance to you. Among the negative states in the list of human emotions are anxiety, doubt, apathy, anger, and worthless feeling. Joy love and feeling courageous are some of the beneficial elements to the state of mind. Your sensation does not happen. It starts off from thinking, mind images and self talks. Watch closely your language. Your emotions are affected when you say something to yourself. Words may express your sensation. And how you express your sensation. And how you name it will affect your response. Keep away from careless language. Pick your word attentively when you talk to yourself. Avoid telling things that refuse to feel.
